The two-story house at "1345 Geddes Avenue was where Seven Black Football Players on athletic scholarship, the highest number in a single recruiting class the University had yet known, made their home from 1970 to 1972, dubbing it " The Den of the Mellow Men."
- The New Den: The first College Campus athletic Football Recruitment facility of its kind in the Country! Showcasing Michigan Athletes On The Field Championships and Off The Field Community Service.
- The Historic Mellow Men 2.0 Championship Virtual (NIL) Name Image and Likeness, NFL Foundation Education Partnership Tours!
- The Non-Profit Ownership structure is pending.
- The Michigan Historic Mellow Men 2.0 History Class coming fall 2025. The class will be the first class in NCAA history. The Mellow Men class also includes podcasts with current and former Degreed Michigan football scholarship players. NIL legal boundaries debated and player/students are also video taped performing in careers at NIL Business partners facilities. (Final Dept. Certification Pending)
